Each piece is made just for you. Because everything is made to order with care (and not kept in stock), I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind cancellations.
If you’ve only just placed your order and need to make a change, please get in touch as soon as possible... I’ll do my best to catch it before it goes to print.
DAMAGED
Great care is taken when packaging every order, but sometimes accidents can happen during transit.
If your piece arrives damaged, please help me sort it out by sending photos of:

The outside of the box

The shipping label
-
Any damage to the artwork or frame
The more photos you can share, the better — this helps me get everything resolved for you smoothly.
